Job Description
Clean ceilings, walls and the entire kitchen.
Complete all tasks assigned by the department head, in any area of the kitchen, restaurant or banqueting area to operational standards.
Maintain high standards of daily operation.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and pride in work performance, which is reflected in other departments.
Ensure good customer relations are maintained at all times.
Ensure correct use of chemicals.
Maintain personal hygiene and appearance.
Be aware of and comply with company policies and statutory requirements relating to health, safety, hygiene and fire procedures.
Ensure you report to work in accordance with cleaning department work schedules
Report any illness or absence from work in accordance with procedures.
Ensures chemicals and cleaning supplies are properly stored in appropriate containers after use according to label throughout shift
Willing to perform additional duties and responsibilities of the job outside of the normal daily/weekly routine but within the overall scope of this position.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months experience in hotels is an advantage
High school graduate.
