Stewarding Attendant / Dishwasher

Do you have great attention to details and you take pride in maintaining a high level of cleanliness? As a Stewarding Attendant, the organizational support you provide to the food and beverage operations will ensure our guests have a great experience.

What you will be doing:

• Assist with day-to-day operations in stewarding
• Organize and maintain inventory of supplies, dishware and detergents
• Offer professional, friendly and engaging service to all employees
• Wash dishes and operate dishwashing equipment
• Polish silverware and copperware
• Maintain all back of house areas clean, tidy and dry at all times
• Observe correct procedures in handling machinery, detergents, chemicals, and follow food handling protocols
• Shifts include mornings, weekends, and holidays

Your experience and skills include:

• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team with minimum supervision
• Fluency in English required both verbal and non-verbal
• Computer literacy required for all new and ongoing training programs conducted virtually
• Ability to anticipate required tasks

Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to:

• Constant standing and walking throughout the shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying items of up to 40 lbs.
• Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Frequent ascending or descending ladders, stairs or ramps
