Estamos buscando un Steward orientado al detalle y eficiente para unirse a nuestro equipo en Santiago, Chile. Como Steward, desempeñará un papel crucial en el mantenimiento de la limpieza y la organización de nuestras áreas de alimentos y bebidas, garantizando una experiencia superior a los huéspedes.
- Limpiar y desinfectar toda la cubertería, vajilla y equipo de cocina para cumplir con altos estándares de higiene.
- Opere y mantenga el equipo industrial de lavado de vajilla
- Clasifique, apile y almacene los artículos limpios de forma organizada y segura
- Asegúrese de que el personal de cocina y banquetes dispone de vajilla, cristalería, cubertería y utensilios de cocina limpios según sea necesario
- Mantenga limpias las zonas de cocina, incluidos los suelos y las superficies de trabajo
- Elimine la basura y los materiales reciclables de todas las áreas de alimentos y bebidas
- Informe a la dirección de cualquier problema relacionado con el equipo o con la seguridad
- Ayude en la gestión del inventario de platos, utensilios y suministros de limpieza
- Colabore con el personal de cocina y de servicio para garantizar un funcionamiento sin problemas
- Cumpla todas las normas de seguridad alimentaria y saneamiento
- Realice otras tareas que le asigne la dirección
- Se prefiere experiencia previa como camarero o en cocina

- Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y completar tareas con una supervisión mínima
- Resistencia física para permanecer de pie durante periodos prolongados y levantar hasta 25 libras
- Flexibilidad para trabajar en varios turnos, incluidos fines de semana y festivos
- Conocimiento de las normas de seguridad alimentaria y saneamiento
- Capacidad para mantener la calma y la cortesía mientras se centra en las necesidades de los huéspedes
- Disposición para aprender y adaptarse a nuevos procedimientos y tecnologías
