• Maintains kitchen work areas and Restaurant equipment and Utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Is aware of and abides by all hotel policies, procedures & relevant legislations
• Ensures all directions are followed out at the request of any level of Senior Management.
• Maintain the highest standard of food product, storage and handling procedures and kitchen sanitation.
• Maintains China, Glass and Silver cleanliness, transport and handling standards.
• Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine.

• Previous experience in the hospitality required
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
