Vos missions
En tant que stagiaire vente, vous participerez à des activités variées et stratégiques pour soutenir la performance commerciale des hôtels ibis de Casablanca :
- Administration commerciale : gestion des contrats, suivi des dossiers clients, mise à jour des bases de données.
- Animation et prospection : participation à la recherche de nouveaux clients, suivi des leads, relances commerciales.
- Support aux équipes : assistance dans la préparation des offres, devis et propositions commerciales.
- Contribution à la stratégie : aide à la mise en place d’actions marketing et promotionnelles pour booster les ventes.
- Coordination interne : collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles pour garantir la satisfaction client.
- Reporting : suivi des indicateurs de performance et préparation de rapports pour la direction commerciale.
- Étudiant(e) en commerce, marketing ou hôtellerie.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et sens du détail.
- Aisance relationnelle et capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Langues : Français, Anglais et Arabe obligatoires.
- Dynamisme, proactivité et envie d’apprendre dans un environnement international.
