What you will be doing:
- Actively lead the Corporate MICE segment’s sales, financial and administrative activities being coordinated with all group required arrangements
- Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their requests
- High level of interest to manage multiple events in the biggest Ballroom of the city
- Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary. Ensures that all complaints have initiated follow-up action
- Negotiates prices with the clients
- Sales Manager is familiar with the operation and application of the hotel’s computer/data processing system
- Minimum 2-3 years previous experience within similar role as Sales Manager
- Experience of Events with high volume participants
- Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong knowledge of Opera & Microsoft Office
- Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
