Hôtel Flagship de 245 chambres (construction neuve, l'hôtel a ouvert en 2020), avec 2 Restaurants dont Rosé au rez-de-chaussée et Pedzouille La Grange en rooftop, 3 Bars & Coffee Shop, 1 Fitness et 3 salles de séminaires, situé en plein cœur du quartier de la Porte de Versailles et du Parc des Expositions.
100 collaborateurs fixes à ce jour (hors intérimaires, saisonniers, extras et personnel de sous-traitance)

Vos missions si vous l'acceptez : Assister l'équipe RH dans l’administration du personnel, le recrutement, la formation, les projets RH & la communication interne.
- Recrutement : élaboration des annonces, suivi de la diffusion des offres et de leur attractivité via les différents réseaux et sites dédiés, sélection des candidatures, entretiens, organisation se sessions de recrutement, jobs datings ou autres évènements
- Préparation de l’arrivée des nouveaux membres de notre Tribu et intégration
- Constitution des dossiers du personnel : contrat, job description, documents légaux, vérification et suivi des titres de séjour, adhésions mutuelle, titres de transport, versements épargne salariale, courriers d’engagement et de renouvellement des périodes d’essai, attestations, dossiers logement, STC…
- Suivi des visites médicales, arrêts de travail, indemnisations et prévoyance et déclaration des AT en lien avec notre pôle maladie, la CPAM et mutuelle
- Suivi et mise à jour des différents outils RH de suivi interne : congés, RCR, JF, effectif…
- Suivi des notes de frais, des plannings de présence et de gardes
- Gestion des éléments variables de paie en lien avec notre centre de paie, contrôle et saisie des plannings dans l’outil de paie ADP.GXP
- Mise à jour des documents légaux, formation et accompagnement RH des équipes dans le respect de la législation du travail
- Animation et communication RH interne : affichages, communication interne via l'application Steeple, organisation des évènements internes, semaine QVT, anniversaires, déjeuners d'équipe,…
- Plan de formation hôtel : élaboration du plan, inscriptions et suivi
