- Stage de 6 mois
- Gratification : 660€ net/mensuel pour 151,67h de travail effectif
- Indemnités Compensatrices de Nourriture environ 170€ brut/mensuel
- Prise en charge des transports en commun à hauteur de 50%

VOTRE MISSION :
Vous épaulerez la Responsable des Ressources Humaines et Administration et êtes chargé du développement et la gestion quotidienne de 50 à 80 collaborateurs.
Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :
- Être chargé de l’administration des Ressources Humaines (Élaboration de contrats, avenants, contrôle des plannings etc.)
- Préparation de dossiers des nouveaux talents
- Accueil et intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
- Suivi règlementation, établissement de déclaration d’accident de travail
- Suivi visites médicales
- Recrutement, sourcing
- Déploiement formation
- Participer aux tâches administratives diverses : bordereaux de factures pour la comptabilité, provisions, caisses générales, contrôles de clôture journalières, courrier, aide au contrôle de paie, audits divers
- Communication interne : affichage interne, organisation d'événements interne
- Suivi des projets ponctuels de l’hôtel
Compétences requises :
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et sens de l’initiative
- Première expérience dans la gestion des ressources humaines, de préférence dans le secteur du haut de gamme
- Excellente compréhension du droit du travail
- Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles
- Compétences analytiques
- Compétences informatiques (traitement de texte, tableur et logiciel de présentation)
- Maitrise de l’anglais
