Ayant rouvert en 2010 comme l'hôtel de luxe le plus artistique de Paris, après une transformation complète de 2 ans par le designer Philippe Starck, c’est en 2013 que l'hôtel reçoit la distinction "Palace". Composé de 149 chambres et suites prestigieuses, dont 3 Suites Présidentielles, l’hôtel se situe à quelques minutes de l'Arc de Triomphe et des Champs-Élysées. Au Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris, l’Art est omniprésent, avec un service exclusif d’Art Concierge, une Librairie des Arts, une galerie d’art, un cinéma privé de 99 places et également une collection privée d’œuvres d’art.
L’offre culinaire est elle aussi portée par l’esprit de créativité qui anime tout l’hôtel, de la partition sucrée du Chef et entrepreneur Yazid Ichemrahen, à l’effervescence du “Bar Long” jusqu’aux trois restaurants : “Matsuhisa Paris” dédié à la gastronomie péruvo-japonaise par l’illustre Chef Nobu et “Il Carpaccio”, restaurant étoilé aux notes italiennes en collaboration avec la famille Da Vittorio. A ne pas manquer : les petits déjeuners et les brunchs d’exception du restaurant “La Cuisine”. Le Raffles Spa & Wellness et sa piscine spectaculaire baignée de lumière naturelle est quant à lui un véritable havre de paix où l’on aime se perdre, pour mieux se retrouver.
En tant qu'Alternant au sein de notre département Housekeeping, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la création d’une expérience client exceptionnelle.
MISSIONS
- Participer au nettoyage et à l'entretien des chambres et des espaces communs conformément aux standards du palace.
- Aider à la préparation des chambres pour les arrivées et les départs.
- Contribuer à la gestion des stocks de produits d’accueil et de linge.
- Aider à la coordination entre les équipes internes et les prestataires externes.
- Veiller au respect des standards de qualité et des normes d’hygiène.
- Proposer des idées pour améliorer les processus et l’expérience client.
- Étudiant(e) en hôtellerie de luxe ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Sens aigu du détail, rigueur et organisation.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant.
- Excellente présentation et sens du service.
- Une première expérience dans l’hôtellerie de luxe serait un atout.
