Le Sofitel Marseille Vieux Port est une escale incontournable dans la Région Sud qui s'inspire de l'histoire de Marseille. Il offre une vue unique sur le Vieux Port et dispose de 134 chambres dont 3 suites, de plusieurs points de restauration et d’un Spa.
L'hôtel est destiné à accueillir une clientèle haut de gamme sur les marchés affaires et loisirs et dispose de 8 salles de réunion.

Au cœur de la ville de Marseille et face à la plus belle vue du Vieux-Port, l’hôtel Sofitel Marseille Vieux-Port regroupe une offre de restauration complète : Un restaurant gastronomique, une brasserie, un bar panoramique, un room service 24/24, un service petits-déjeuners, un service banquets. La part de notre chiffre d’affaires affecté à la restauration est d’en moyenne 45% du chiffre d’affaires total.

MISSIONS/PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES :
- Accueil de la clientèle
- Participe au service sur les différents points de vente restauration : Brasserie, Restaurant gastronomique, Bar, Room Service et Banquets
- Participe aux mises en place et tâches d’office
- Maîtrise les standards de la marque et les appliques
COMPETENCES & QUALITES :
- Sens du service
- Esprit d’équipe
- Aisance relationnelle
- Passionné(e) par la haute gastronomie
- Anglais opérationnel, la maîtrise d’une troisième langue est un plus
CONDITIONS & AVANTAGES :
- Stage de 4 à 6 mois (AVRIL – OCTOBRE)
