Nos équipes ont à cœur d’accueillir avec élégance notre clientèle dans nos 124 chambres et suites, dans nos 5 salles de réunions et dans nos espaces F&B : notre restaurant Envies et notre bar Sorsi.
Nous recherchons notre futur(e) stagiaire en Ressources Humaines pour 6 mois.
Vos missions seront les suivantes :
Sur le pôle administration du personnel :
- Gestion administrative : Rédaction des contrats de travail et avenants, de courriers et attestations ;
- Accueil des nouveaux collaborateurs et préparation du dossier d’entrée et des formalités d’embauche (recueil des documents personnels, DPAE, création de badge, etc.) ;
- Vérification des titres de séjour ;
- Suivi du process de départ ;
- Gestion des vestiaires ;
- Suivi des visites médicales.
Sur le pôle recrutement/formation :
- Aide pour la diffusion des offres d’emploi sur les sites dédiés, pour la pré sélection des candidats et la préqualification téléphonique, réponse aux candidatures reçues ;
- Participation à l’organisation des formations et évènements internes ;
- Communication interne ;
- Relations école et visites d'école et forums.
- Actuellement en BAC +3/4 (université ou école de commerce/hôtelière) spécialisation RH, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos capacités relationnelles, votre rigueur, votre organisation et votre souci du respect de la confidentialité.
- Vous avez une excellente expression orale et écrite.
- Vous maitrisez le Pack office
- Travailler dans une équipe CHALEUREUSE et ENTHOUSIASTE qui saura vous accompagner au long de votre stage
- Occuper un poste enrichissant et valorisant par sa polyvalence
- Indemnité nourriture mensuelle en fonction de la législation en vigueur
- Restaurant du personnel Foodles
- Prise en charge à hauteur de 100% du Pass Navigo
- Uniforme fourni et entretenu
- 2 jours de repos consécutifs dans la semaine
- Participation aux différents évènements internes
