Le poste et son contexte :
Le groupe Paris Society recherche son(sa) futur(e) Chargé(e) de Formation en stage (6 mois) ou en alternance (12-24 mois) pour un démarrage en septembre 2026.
Missions principales :
Partie administrative
- Gestion administrative des dossiers de formation : du devis jusqu’à l’attestation de formation
- Gestion de la facturation
- Harmonisation des process existants
- Création de supports de communication en lien avec les futurs projets de formation
- Création et suivi des KPIs
- Suivi du plan de développement des compétences
- Aide au déploiement des actions de formation
Partie projet
- Développement partenariat avec les OPCO
- Participation aux projets de formation France : fiches métiers, ingénierie, compétences clés …
- Référencement des organismes de formation
- Appel d’offre pour la création d’un catalogue formation
- Participation au recueil des besoins de formation
- Suivi des entretiens professionnels
- Création d’une newsletter formation

Profil
- Formation Master 1 ou 2 avec une spécialisation RH (grande école, IAE ou université)
- 1ère expérience dans la fonction RH (stage ou alternance)
- Goût pour le challenge, les environnements très dynamiques et changeants.
- Excellent relationnel, proactivité, sens des responsabilités.
Poste basé à Paris 8e arrondissement à pourvoir pour septembre 2026.
