Le Fairmont Monte Carlo est un hôtel de luxe situé au cœur de la Principauté de Monaco. Il est doté de 596 chambres, suites et résidences ainsi que de quatre restaurants, de cind bars, d’un Centre Fitness, d’un Spa, de deux piscines, d’un Room Service et d’un service Traiteur.

Au sein du bureau exécutif, vous travaillerez en collaboration directe avec le Directeur Général, le Directeur Financier et leurs équipes. Au quotidien, vous serez également en lien étroit avec les autres départements de l’hôtel.
Sous la responsabilité de votre tuteur, vous vous épanouirez au quotidien dans les activités du département, à savoir :
- Vous assisterez la Direction Générale dans leurs missions quotidiennes
- Vous assurerez un suivi sur les contrats et factures de nos boutiques
- Vous réaliserez des présentations Power Point pour les réunions internes et externes de la Direction Générale et Financière
- Vous assurerez le traitement du courrier du Directeur Général
- Vous assurerez le standard téléphonique de la Direction, filtrage des appels, rédaction des cartes d’accueil VIP et accueil des clients VIP
- Vous rédigerez des lettres, documents, e-mails et mémos pour le Directeur Général ainsi que le Directeur d’Hôtel
- Vous organiserez les réunions internes pour les Directeurs
- Vous gérerez l’agenda du Directeur Général et du Directeur d’Hôtel avec prise de rendez-vous et suivi permanent
- Vous organiserez les déplacements à l’étranger ou en France (réservations avion/hôtel, positionnement réunions, restaurants, transferts) pour le Directeur Général
- Vous fournirez la réponse et le traitement de toutes les demandes de donations des sociétés locales et hôtels Accor pour diverses occasions (fêtes de fin d’année, échanges de marchandises, fêtes du personnel, etc.)
- Vous traiterez des réservations VIP et courantes au Fairmont Monte Carlo ou dans des hôtels de la chaîne Accor
- Vous gérerez des plaintes des clients avec suivi permanent
- Vous participerez à la vie quotidienne du service, à diverses formations, réunions, etc.
- Vous gérerez les dépenses du Directeur Général
- Vous gérerez le bureau exécutif (commande de fournitures et suivi des livraisons, formulaires administratifs, etc.)
Master
Vous êtes à l’aise à l’oral comme à l’écrit, en français et en anglais.
Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et pro-actif(ve).
Votre sens de la discrétion et votre esprit d’équipe vous permettront de vous épanouir dans vos missions.
