Job Description

Job Purpose:

To support the People & Culture department in daily operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and administration, while gaining hands-on experience in hotel People & Culture practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).

  • Support onboarding of new team members and preparation of related documents.

  • Help organize employee engagement activities and staff events.

  • Maintain and update employee records and P&C databases.

  • Assist with training coordination and attendance tracking.

  • Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team.

  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong interest in People & Culture and employee experience.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
