Stage - Assistant de commercialisation (H/F/X)

Le Press Club de France, fondé en 1986, est un club réunissant 550 membres dont 380 journalistes et 170 communicants, managers et institutions. Il est en termes d’activité le premier Press Club européen. Chaque mois, nous proposons jusqu’à 5 événements pour nos membres : débats, rencontres, déjeuners networking, visites…
Au cours de ces 2 mois, vous découvrirez le rôle de la commercialisation au sein du Press Club au côté de la directrice du Press Club et du Chargé de commercialisation. Les principales tâches que vous effectuerez :
- Commercialisation des adhésions Entreprises :
- Identifier les segments de développement
- Participer à la prospection de nouveaux membres et aux démarches pour le renouvellement des membres existants
- Gestion administrative : envoi des emails de renouvellement, envoi par courrier des cartes de membres, enregistrement des membres dans les bases de données
- Commercialisation et gestion des locations d’espaces
- Participer à la commercialisation des salons du Press Club auprès des entreprises membres et non membres
- Coordination des événements avec le client et suivi administratif
- Participation à la vie du Club
- Suivi de l’organisation des débats et manifestations organisés par le Club
- Accueil des membres lors de l’événement
- Actuellement étudiant en école de commerce
- Vous possédez un esprit d'initiative et savez faire preuve d'autonomie.
- Appétence pour le domaine du journalisme, des médias et de la presse
- Vous êtes disponible du 30 mars au 22 mai 2026. Horaires : 7h par jour, de 9h30 à 17h30, sauf événements spécifiques.
