Revenue Analyst

Mercure Cibadak Sukabumi Resort is a tranquil getaway located 1,5 hours from Jakarta surrounded by lush natural landscapes. The resort features 99 well-appointed rooms and suites, ranging from Classic and Suites to Lagoon Rooms and a unique Tree Houses. Facilities include an All-day dining restaurant, Lobby lounge, two Ballrooms, two Meeting rooms, four Swimming pools, Fitness center, Kids playground and Birds aviary.

What you'll be doing:

• Support with implementation of revenue strategies to achieve hotel and company objectives
• Analyse trends, demand patterns and market conditions to identify revenue opportunities
• Work closely with Director of Sales, Rooms Division manager and General Manager
• Through pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategies you will maximize revenue across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Catering and Events
• Support cost control initiatives through accurate forecasting and profitability awareness
• Provide operational support to Reservations as required

What you'll bring to the role: 

• High level of analytical and interpersonal skills
• Substantial knowledge of Revenue, reservations, and sales
• Working knowledge of hotel financial statements
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
• Proficient in the use of hotel PMS, CRS and RMS systems
• Organizational skills, time management, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
