Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to manage and oversee key financial functions within the organization. The role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and effective financial planning to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute year-end financial closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Establish and monitor audit controls to maintain financial integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare and deliver MIS reports and financial statements to support management decision-making.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including periodic reviews and updates.
  • Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Oversee hotel financial operations, including Rooms, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Spa segments.
  • Drive cost control initiatives and enhance overall profitability across departments.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
  • Handle month-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective stakeholder management and communication.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (B.Com / BBA / equivalent).
  • Proven experience in finance roles, with prior experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
