Job Title: Spa Therapist

Our Spa Team are the greatest ambassadors for our resort, delivering a passionate and memorable experience to every guest who passes through our doors. Our absolute focus is delivering a personalised, luxury service to all guests, building relationships and anticipating their every need. What you will be doing:

• Delivering exceptional treatment experiences and 5-star standards of service and care in line with Fairmont brand standards, training and protocols.
• Provide thoughtful treatment and product recommendations at the end of every treatment
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience and treatment upgrades
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
• Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
• College qualified in professionally recognised beauty discipline.  Will have gained a full Beauty Therapy Diploma
