Purpose
As a Spa Therapist, your role is to curate deeply calming and personalised experiences for our guests. With your dedication to exceptional customer service and expert knowledge, you'll deliver treatments that promote relaxation, well-being, and a sense of rejuvenation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver an array of indulgent treatments – from relaxation massages, pregnancy therapies, and hot stone treatments to facials, body therapies, pedicures, and signature spa packages
- Build a deep understanding of our iKOU and Pevonia product ranges and the services we offer, tailoring every experience to each guest’s unique needs
- Provide warm, genuine service with a professional charm that makes every guest feel truly cared for
- Maintain the spa’s serene environment, ensuring treatment rooms and guest areas are always immaculate and fully stocked
- Confidently manage appointments, payments, and administrative tasks with ease
- Share personalised home care recommendations with guests while naturally meeting retail targets
Skills & Experience
- Hold a Diploma or Cert IV in Beauty Therapy or Massage
- Impeccable grooming, presentation, and thoughtful communication style
- Strong time management skills with the ability to adapt treatments to suit each guest
- Calm, confident, and composed under pressure
- A positive, proactive attitude with previous Hotel or Resort Spa experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends and late shifts to meet guest needs
