Job Description
For guests seeking rejuvenation, inspiration, and personalized attention, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts offers a curated collection of elevated spa experiences. As Spa Supervisor, your leadership and passion will inspire an engaged team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service, transforming each moment into a lasting memory.
Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Spa Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently deliver professional, engaging, and gracious service
- Oversee day-to-day Spa operations, ensuring all service and brand standards are upheld
- Complete monthly reporting, including retail audits and performance tracking
- Support and administer payroll processing as assigned
- Ensure team members are well-trained across all Spa operations, including treatment knowledge, retail, and room readiness
- Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs with efficiency and care
- Uphold all departmental policies, procedures, and luxury service standards
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership experience within a spa or wellness environment preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Experience within a luxury hotel or hospitality setting is an asset
- Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field considered an asset
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Highly reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player with a positive and supportive approach
- Guest-focused, with the ability to remain calm, composed, and courteous at all times
Additional Information
Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA. We are unable to sponsor work visas.
Starting hourly wage: $21.43/hr
