Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the hotel’s recreation and sports facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, engaging, and high-quality experience for all guests. The position is responsible for leading the recreation team, delivering professional guest service, organizing recreational and sports activities, maintaining facilities and equipment, handling guest concerns, and supporting guest engagement and satisfaction in line with hotel and brand standards.

Qualifications
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sports Management, Physical Education, Recreation Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications in fitness, sports, swimming, lifeguarding, or first aid will be an advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Recreation, Sports, Fitness, Leisure, or hotel operations.
- Previous supervisory experience in a hotel, resort, sports club, fitness center, or leisure facility is preferred.
- Experience in managing swimming pool, beach, gym, kids club, or recreational activities is an advantage.
