Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Spa Receptionist who is fluent in both Russian and English. This role combines front desk duties and responsibility of consulting with guests to help them choose the most suitable spa services and treatments. The ideal candidate will be passionate about wellness and have a strong ability to connect with guests to provide a personalized spa experience.

About the role

  • Manage the spa's front desk operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries
  • Provide personalized consultations to guests, helping them select the best services and treatments based on their needs, preferences, and health considerations.
  • Explain the benefits and details of various spa services, packages, and products to guests in a way that is clear and engaging.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and ensuring the space is welcoming.
  • Coordinate with spa therapists and other team members to manage the appointment schedule and ensure smooth operations.
  • Actively promote and upsell spa services, packages, and products to enhance guest satisfaction and boost revenue.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Fluent in Russian and English (both spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or consultation role, preferably in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment.
  • Passionate about wellness, beauty and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in using computers and basic office equipment.
