The Spa Receptionist is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression while ensuring a seamless and personalized spa experience for every guest. This role manages guest appointments, reservations, inquiries, while providing accurate information on spa treatments, facilities, and available offerings in line with the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Working closely with the Spa and Wellness team, the Spa Receptionist ensures smooth coordination and attentive service throughout the guest journey. Through excellent communication, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for guest experience, this position plays a key role in creating memorable moments and upholding Raffles Jakarta's reputation for exceptional luxury and wellness experiences.

1. Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is the minimum educational requirement. Additional courses or certifications in Hospitality, Guest Service, or related fields can be beneficial. 
2. Guest Service Skills: A strong background in guest service, with a demonstrated ability to provide warm and professional interactions that align with the luxury brand's standards. 
3. Communication Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with guests and coordinating with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds. 
4. Organizational Skills: Attention to detail, the ability to manage a busy schedule, and effective organizational skills are crucial for handling reservations, appointments, and administrative tasks. 
5. Multilingual Proficiency: Proficiency in multiple languages is often preferred, as it helps accommodate the international clientele and enhance the guest experience. 
6. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including knowledge of booking software, email, and office applications, are important for managing appointments and records. 
7. Prior Experience: While prior experience as a receptionist or in guest service is beneficial, entry-level positions may be available for those who demonstrate the necessary skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
