Luxury and tranquility in an authentic setting await our Owners and Guests at the Himmel Spa. As a Spa Concierge you will offer our Guests a professional and personalized spa experience. The expertise and attention to detail you provide during the booking process and behind the scenes will ensure our guests have a memory to share.

What you will be doing:

• Be knowledgeable about all Spa treatment offerings and book Owners and Guests for their services.
• Assist in the operation of the Spa department including opening and/or closing the Spa daily.
• Sell retail spa products and assist Owners and Guests with the use of the sauna, steam, whirlpool, etc.
• Maintain the spa facilities, including locker rooms, in peak sanitary condition at all times and report any equipment deficiencies  
• Follow departmental, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures

• Schedule flexibility is required including weekend and holiday shifts, as well as shifts that may end at 8pm.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills  
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities  
• Highly responsible & reliable, able to work independently under limited direct supervision
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining professional, calm, and courteous at all times  
• Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred  
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred  
• Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to): Frequent standing and walking throughout shift, occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs, frequent bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps.

Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA.

Starting hourly wage: $20.02/hr
