Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Spa Concierge Agent to join our luxurious spa facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our valued guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests to the spa, providing a positive first impression
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and modifications using our booking software
  • Offer detailed information about spa treatments, services, and packages to guests
  • Assist guests with selecting appropriate treatments based on their needs and preferences
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with empathy and professionalism
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Coordinate with spa therapists and other staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
  • Promote spa products and services to enhance guest experience and drive sales
  • Ensure compliance with spa policies, health regulations, and safety standards

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality industry; experience in a spa or wellness environment preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in scheduling and booking software
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office suite
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of spa treatments, services, and wellness practices
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
  • Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in all situations
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
