Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Spa and Wellness Manager to lead our operations, ensuring outstanding service and an unforgettable guest experience.
This role requires a blend of leadership, creativity, and business insight to maintain and elevate our spa's reputation as a premier wellness destination.
Key responsibilities include providing a warm and seamless experience for every guest, addressing and resolving client feedback promptly and professionally, and creating engaging promotions, wellness packages, and seasonal offerings. You will also be tasked with monitoring performance metrics and meeting financial objectives.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in spa and wellness management within the hotel industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
- Comprehensive knowledge of spa services, treatments, and the latest wellness trends.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Certification in spa management or a related field is highly desirable.
