We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Raffles Spa & Wellness Global Department. This is a Corporate role based in Accor's HQ in Paris with targeted start for January/February 2026.

Reporting to the VP Global Spa & Wellness Raffles, this position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Spa & Wellness. The intern will develop skills in Strategy, Development and Finance.  As an Intern, you will work closely with our team to support ongoing projects, contribute ideas, and learn about the Strategy of our Raffles Spas, Financials analysis, Operations improvement & more!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with data collection and analysis, content creation, client research, presentations for new openings spas, monthly meeting decks, and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with an ecosystem of team members at different levels of the organisation: 2 Spa Regionals, 20 Spa Directors and VP.
• Conduct research and prepare reports on industry trends, competitors, or other relevant topics.
• Attend and participate in team meetings, workshops, or training sessions.
• Support the team in administrative and organizational tasks.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the goals of the team.

• Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Hospitality or a relevant field and are available to start as of February/March 2026
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools
• Highly motivated and eager to learn
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
