Ton équipe :
- Tu es coaché(e) par Julien notre Top Chef Exécutif et accompagnes avec ton binôme une team de 40 personnes.
Ton job :
- Fédérateur(rice) et pédagogue, tu valorises et développes les compétences de tes équipes, leur permettant d’atteindre un haut niveau de qualité au service de l’expérience client.
- Excellent cuisinier, créatif(ve), tu élabores avec la team Bonnie les plats de la carte et participes à l’élaboration des menus.
- Excellent(e) gestionnaire, tu optimises la gestion des stocks et veilles au respect des procédures tant administratives qu’en matière d’hygiène.
