Job Description

  • Assist the Executive Chef in managing and leading the kitchen operations for Banquet and All Day Dining.
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure consistency and quality in all dishes.
  • Develop and implement innovative menu ideas, particularly for large events and special occasions.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, food costs, and work with suppliers for timely and cost-effective sourcing.
  • Ensure compliance with health, food safety & hygiene guidelines in the kitchen.
  • Assist in scheduling kitchen staff to meet operational needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service during events and peak dining periods.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie, preferably in banquet or high-volume environments.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for food.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Proficiency in Thai & English communication
