Shuttle Driver

Nestled at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, just two hours north of Downtown Vancouver, Fairmont Chateau Whistler defines mountain luxury. At The Fairmont Chateau Whistler our Shuttle Bus Driver's ensure that our guests have a seamless and effortless trip to Whistler Village. This position is an integral part of our winter operations and our Guest Services team.

This is a full-time, permanent position, starting immediately.

Starting Rate of Pay: $26.05 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years.

Job Duties Include:

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
• Safely transport the hotel guests to and from the village
• Proper maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel shuttle bus
• Assist the Doors Attendants at the Front Door when not occupied
• Other duties as assigned

• Previous Shuttle Driving experience is an asset
• A valid Class 4 driver’s license is MANDATORY (A Class 4 Unrestricted license allows drivers to operate commercial vehicles including buses with a maximum seating capacity of 25 persons)
• A clean driving record is required
• The ability to drive standard transmission vehicles is mandatory
• Knowledge of Whistler area and Chateau Whistler Resort is an asset
