We are a member of Accor, led by industry experts and now an opportunity has arisen to join our team as our Duty Manager, a luxury connoisseur who is guest and quality obsessed and has a genuine passion for the industry wanting to make their mark at the Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour.

Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring our high standards of service are consistently met. You will lead a talented team, handle guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that arise, all while maintaining a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.
