Server (Seasonal, May to October)

Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is a premier year-round resort offering exceptional outdoor adventures for both guests and colleagues. Jasper is a haven for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts, surrounded by the majestic Canadian Rockies and breathtaking landscapes. 

Starting Rate of Pay: $16.05 per hour

As a Server with Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our dining experience. In this role you will support the hotel by:

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Sell and up-sell menu and beverage items in a positive, professional manner
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Deliver and present food items to guest tables
• Perform opening, cleaning and closing duties
• Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

• 6 months a-la-carte serving experience required in the last 5 years
• Successful completion of Food and Beverage test required 80% or above.
• Pro Serve certification required                                
• Previous point of sale system experience an asset
