La Dolce Vita Orient Express is the first Italian luxury cruise on rail, offering a unique travel experience across the country. Inspired by the golden age of railway tourism, the train features itineraries connecting Italy's major cities and destinations, providing passengers with top-class service, exceptional comfort, gourmet cuisine, and a refined atmosphere. The project aims to celebrate the charm and beauty of Italy, making each journey an unforgettable experience.

La risorsa gestirà l’approvvigionamento delle forniture di materiali, componenti e servizi in funzione delle richieste della Direzione Progetto, al fine di garantire le migliori condizioni contrattuali di acquisto in termini di qualità, costi, condizioni di pagamento e tempistiche/modalità di consegna.   

Mansioni e responsabilità:   

• Gestione fornitori, ricercando e selezionando nuovi fornitori italiani ed esteri valutandone la capacità tecnica, l’affidabilità nelle consegne e la qualità;   

• Monitoraggio dell’andamento dei prezzi presso fornitori attuali e potenziali con analisi delle tendenze di mercato di riferimento;   

• Negoziazione commerciale con i fornitori dei prodotti (condizioni economiche e contrattuali, tempi, costi, quantità, modalità di consegna delle forniture);   

• Acquisto materie prime, merci e servizi assicurando le esigenze di approvvigionamento in relazione al business in termini di costi, qualità e date di consegna;   

• Analisi delle eccezioni MRP (Materials Resource Planning) su base giornaliera per garantire l’allineamento fra richiesta di produzione e l’emissione degli ordini di acquisto;   

• Gestione operativa dei dati anagrafici inerenti fornitori e prezzi, inserimento ed emissione degli ordini d’acquisto;   

• Sviluppo dei rapporti con i principali clienti interni e Fornitori esterni;   

• Valutazione delle prestazioni dei fornitori (consegna puntuale, qualità, condizioni commerciali);   

Il/la candidato/a ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:   

• Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia o titolo equivalente;   

• Esperienza nel settore ferroviario;   

• Buona conoscenza dell’inglese scritto e parlato;   

• Buona conoscenza del sistema ERP (es. Business Central Navision, SAP) e logiche MRP;   

• Conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (Word ed Excel);   

• Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 5 anni;   

Competenze:   

• Attitudine al lavoro di gruppo;   

• Conoscenza dei mercati, delle tecniche di analisi e di approvvigionamento;   

• Capacità di analisi e di sintesi;   

• Orientamento al risultato;   

• Proattività.
