Job Description

  1. Check and supervise security situation at guards point in whole Hotel premise
  2. Ensure, maintain security and order, professional appearance of guards at security points. 
  3. Regularly patrol, maintain communication system, updating information of whole area and report to security director weekly and monthly. 
  4. Handle every incident, problems under security Director’ instructions.
  5. Being a Specialist  to provide the basis knowledge about fire-fighting prevention to staffs, guard
  6. Supervises, and if necessary, discipline employees under direct control.
  7. Reports sickness or misconduct of Security staff to the Security Manager.
  8. Ensures that all employees report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag.
  9. Builds and efficient  team  of employees  by taking  an active  interest  in their welfare,  safety  and security, training  and development.
  10. Ensures that all employees have a complete understanding of the hotel's policies and procedures in order that they may adhere to them.
  11. Conducts  training  for new and existing  employees  as directed,  to report all activities  to the Training
  12. Manager on a monthly basis and to keep accurate departmental records of all training conducted.
  13. Ensures that security  log books are properly  used in order to enable the accurate  monitoring  of outlet revenue,  guest comments  and work performed
  14. Directly monitor, check and supervise security situation at guard point at the Main gate.
  15. Ensure, maintain security and order, professional appearance of guards at security points. 
  16. Regularly patrol, maintain communication system, updating information of whole area and report to security director weekly and monthly. 
  17. Handle every incident, problems under Security Manager’s instructions.
  18. Being a Specialist to provide the basis knowledge about fire-fighting prevention to staffs, guards
  19. Daily report order and security situation of the Main Gate area to Security Manager
  20. Handle security situations on behalf of the security director when authorized by Manager Etc…
  21. GENERAL
  22. To maintain good working relationship with all colleagues throughout the hotel / company and outside partners.
  23. To report for duty punctually wearing smart attire according to the Business unit’s dress codes and name badges at all times, where applicable
  24. Be polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the company is represented.
  25. Lead by example at all times
  26. To be fully aware of the Group and hotel’s policies and procedures and to adhere to them.
  27. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
  28. Attends meetings and training as required by supervisors
  29. To have a complete understanding of the company’s policy relating to fire, safety, hygiene and health.
  30. To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
  31. Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically and within the parameters of local law.
  32. Safeguards company assets at all times.
  33. Ensures adherence to internal controls,  policies and procedures.
