Security Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Security Associate to join our team in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and assets.

• Monitor and operate surveillance equipment, access control systems, and alarm systems
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address potential security risks
• Control access to the facility, verifying employee and visitor credentials
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, following established protocols
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
• Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on security best practices
• Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and company policies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid security guard certification as per local regulations in Pune, India
• 2-3 years of experience in security or a related field
• Proficiency in operating security equipment, including surveillance systems and access control systems
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and risk assessment
• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports
• Computer literacy and familiarity with security management software
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and patrol large areas
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of local security laws and regulations in Pune, India
