The Security Officer reports to the Director of Security and is responsible for protecting the safety and security of the hotel's guests, employees, and assets. They patrol the hotel premises, monitor security cameras, and respond to security incidents. Security Officers also play an important role in providing customer service and ensuring that guests have a positive experience at the hotel.

What you will be doing:
>Patrol the hotel premises, both interior and exterior, 24 hours a day 
>Monitor security cameras and report suspicious activity
>Respond to security incidents, such as theft, vandalism, and medical emergencies
>Assist guests with directions and other inquiries, such as lost property
>Enforce hotel policies and procedures
>Work with other hotel departments to ensure the safety and security of the hotel

>1+ year of experience in a security role
>Strong understanding of security principles and practices
>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
>Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedules:  Irregular hours including nights, weekends and public holidays apply to this position
