Originally built in 1888, Hotel Woolstore 1888 is the fourth oldest of Sydney’s 21 surviving wool stores. Now a luxurious hotel within the Accor portfolio, this historic building boasts 90 meticulously designed guestrooms, a multi-award-winning neighborhood restaurant and bar, and a variety of versatile spaces for meetings and events.

We are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Section Waiter to join our team at Mister Percy. Celebrated for its Mediterranean-inspired flavors, dedication to local produce, and curated wine selections, our venue delivers a unique dining experience. As a pivotal member of our team, you’ll play an essential role in creating memorable moments for our guests through their seamless dining journey.

With your keen attention to detail, you’ll take orders with both precision and flair, and anticipate guest needs to ensure their complete satisfaction.
