Reporting to the Director of Christmas at the Princess Operations, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Seasonal dates of position: November 1st, 2025 - January 10th, 2025
• Opportunities to apply internally for PT or FT positions once the season is over
• Anticipate guests needs creating memorable experiences
• Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
• Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Ensure Five Diamond representation of resort
• Assist guests with directional in an informative and helpful way
• Other duties as assigned
