Assurer la gestion commerciale et contractuelle des demandes groupes et événements, depuis la qualification du besoin jusqu’à la signature du contrat, en garantissant une négociation optimisée et un respect strict des standards de l’établissement et de la marque.
Responsabilités principales
1. Gestion commerciale & contracting
- Analyser, qualifier et répondre aux demandes groupes et événements (MICE, corporate, incentives, conférences, etc.).
- Élaborer des propositions commerciales sur-mesure alignées avec la stratégie de l’hôtel.
- Négocier les tarifs, conditions, allotements et avantages en optimisant les revenus.
- Rédiger, finaliser et faire signer les contrats groupes et événements selon les standards Accor / marque.
- Assurer le suivi administratif jusqu’au handover vers l’équipe opérationnelle.
2. Relation clients & partenaires
- Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des agences MICE, corporate, travel managers et organisateurs d’événements.
- Conseiller les clients dans la définition de leurs besoins.
- Développer une relation de confiance afin de maximiser les conversions et la fidélisation.
3. Coordination interne
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec Revenue, Réservations et Finance pour valider les conditions.
- Coordonner la transition dossier → équipe opérationnelle (meeting planner / banqueting).
- Informer les départements concernés des besoins spécifiques, budgets et attentes client.
4. Suivi business & reporting
- Assurer le suivi des performances commerciales MICE sur son portefeuille.
- Analyser les résultats, taux de conversion, pricing et rentabilité.
- Veiller au respect des process, conditions de vente et procédures contractuelles.
- Excellentes compétences commerciales et sens aigu de la négociation.
- Très bonne communication orale et écrite en français & anglais.
- Rigueur administrative et maîtrise des outils CRM / PMS / CVENT / BacK You
- Autonomie, sens de l’organisation, capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs dossiers.
- Forte orientation client et résultats.
