Auf höchstem Niveau präsentiert sich das Stadtpalais mit 150 großzügigen Zimmern/Suiten, der französischen Bistronomique Cuisine im Restaurant Schönemann und exklusiven Getränkekreationen in Lili’s Bar. Der SoSPA & SoFIT Wellnessbereich bietet den Gästen eine Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen. Für Veranstaltungen verfügt die Mezzanin über einen 330qm großen Ballsaal, einen Boardroom sowie über drei Meetingräume mit Highend - Technikausstattung.
- Verantwortlich für die Verwaltung, Generierung und Erreichung der budgetierten ADR- und Zimmereinnahmen für das Segment Corporate (Geschäftsreisen), zusätzlich Zusammenarbeit mit dem Meeting and Groups Team, um die Budgets durch die Leitung der MICE-Verkaufsaktivitäten in den Hauptmärkten zu erreichen.
- Aufbau eines Kundenetzwerks und Kontaktpflege zu/mit lokalen, nationalen und internationalen Kooperationspartnern
• Neukundenakquise und Kundenpflege von Corporate Accounts, Meeting- und Event Planern, inkl. Vorbereitung, Durchführung sowie Nachbearbeitung aller Kundentermine
• Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Site Inspections, Kunden- und öffentlichkeitswirksamen Events im Haus
• Verhandlung und Freigabe von Corporate Verträgen und RFP's
• Teilnahme und Durchführung von Messen, Sales Missions und Roadshows, national und international
• Marktbeobachtung und Durchführung von Maßnahmen um Marktanteile zu sichern und gewinnen
• Verantwortung für die Pflege des bestehenden Kundenstamms und für Kunden im In- und Ausland
• Durchführung von Vertragsverhandlungen im Corporate Segment am nationalen und internationalen Markt
• Neukundenacquisition von Corporate Accounts, Groups, Meeting- und Event Plannern
- Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und mindestens 2 - 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Luxushotellerie
- Fließende deutsch und englisch Kenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen EDV-Programmen
- Sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse
- Zuverlässigkeit, sowie ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Professionelle Umgangsformen & gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
