Job Description

How does your working day look like ...

 

  • You will be the ambassador for the 25hours Hotels brand, you’ll succeed in forging the best links to our customers, and cultivating them to the best of your abilities
  • You will coordinate your daily schedule independently, and you’ll honour agreements.
  • You will send out mailshots, deal with customer queries and conduct tours of the building
  • You acquire new customers and maintain a strong relationship
  • You will support various projects in the hotel such as social media events or PR initiatives, and you’ll pitch in when one of your colleagues from the sales team is on leave
  • You will take care of the guests at our events – hand in glove with your colleagues and from early till late
  • You keep a cool head, even when all the wires are burning and your customers, team members and the head of sales are calling at the same time

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV ...

  • You’ve had professional experience in a similar role in the events sector or first experience in sales and you speak good English
  • You have the ability to inspire people with our concept and are a passionate salesperson
  • You are a do'er - and openly admit when you have done something wrong
  • You not only bring your skills with you, but also your character
