Participation à la définition et à la mise en œuvre d’une politique commerciale en cohérence avec les orientations stratégiques de l’hôtel et du Groupe ACCOR, et ce, en attirant de nouveaux clients et en favorisant leur fidélisation.
Pilotage et du suivi des projets commerciaux transversaux et des missions liées au développement du portefeuille client.
- Développer et assurer le suivi commercial de son portefeuille
- Mise en place de contrats corpos conjointement avec le RM,
- Travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe communication et RM pour la conception des package et des offres
- Présence sur terrain avec les groupes VIP (pauses, déjeuner.) afin de suivre la qualité des prestations.
- Connaître parfaitement l'offre séminaire et réunions de l'hôtel ainsi que les conditions tarifaires qui s'y rattachent
- Contrôler la qualité des prestations offertes et vérifier qu'elles sont bien conformes au cahier des charges établi avec le client
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle permanente et prospecter des nouveaux clients
- Élaborer un plan d'action commerciale en cohérence avec la vision et la politique marketing/ commercial du groupe ACCOR et du propriétaire
- Piloter la mise en œuvre opérationnelle des plans d'actions
- Développer des relations partenariales avec les clients
- Respecter les normes d’hygiène et sécurité
- Alimenter la base de données des préférences clients
- Participer à la stratégie adoptée par le groupe ACCOR et le propriétaire
- Répondre et gérer les réclamations clients d’une manière proactive et professionnelle
- Respecter les standards et procédures interne du groupe ACCOR et du propriétaire
- S’assurer directement de la satisfaction client
- Expérience confirmée en hôtellerie de luxe.
- Master/ MBA en Management hôtelier / Commercial ou équivalent.
- Bonnes capacités communicationnelles et rédactionnelles
- Bonne maitrise de l’outil informatique et du PMS
- Connaissance en stratégie commerciale et promotionnelles
- Connaissance du business et de l’industrie touristique (Tendance, concurrence et pratiques)
