Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with potential clients
  • Implement and manage CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Continuously improve sales processes and methodologies to enhance team efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in sales management or a similar leadership role
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Advanced negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop effective sales strategies
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building and maintaining relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of the local market and business culture in Madinah, Saudi Arabia (preferred)
