Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Investigate market conditions and competition to develop and execute effective sales strategies that increase revenue.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers, identifying new business opportunities.
  3. Assist in developing strategic sales plans and ensure achievement of organisational objectives.
  4. Coordinate seamlessly with all departments to maximise cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
  5. Manage, motivate, and develop the sales team, ensuring they are well-informed of department objectives and trained in safety procedures.
  6. Oversee financial aspects of sales operations, identifying cost-effective resource utilisation.
  7. Stay updated on industry events and opportunities to enhance sales of hotel facilities. 

Qualifications

Our humble expectations:

  • 3-5 years of experience.

  • Strong understanding of business practices and industry trends. 

  • Demonstrated work ethic and consistent over-achievement. 

  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Excellent analytical skills - such as translating data into actions, or analyzing sales metrics, and producing relevant KPIs.
