Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Udaipur, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales teams in Delhi and Mumbai, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic sales plans.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in Delhi and Mumbai markets
  • Lead, coach, and mentor sales teams to enhance performance and achieve individual and team goals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales revenues accurately
  • Implement and optimize the use of CRM software to improve sales processes
  • Travel frequently to Delhi and Mumbai to oversee sales operations and meet with clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of 5+ years in sales management, preferably in the Delhi and Mumbai markets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently between Udaipur, Delhi, and Mumbai
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs
