Job Description

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and grow new business opportunities within Chinese-speaking markets.
  • Proactively solicit corporate, MICE, travel agents, wholesalers, luxury operators, and government accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets, room nights, and market share goals.
  • Conduct sales calls, client presentations, site inspections, and business trips locally and overseas.

Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements in line with hotel revenue strategy.
  • Prepare account plans and business reviews for major clients.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business through consistent follow-up and service excellence.

Revenue & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within Chinese-speaking segments.
  • Work closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and inventory strategies.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and monthly performance reports.
  • Contribute to annual budget preparation and sales action plans.

Collaboration

  • Coordinate closely with Reservations, Front Office, Events, and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Support group movements, VIP arrivals, and special requests for assigned accounts.
  • Work collaboratively with regional and brand sales teams within the Accor/Raffles network.

Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of accounts, activities, and pipelines in the CRM system.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.

 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in luxury or upscale hospitality.
  • Proven track record in handling Chinese-speaking markets or international segments.
  • Strong network with Chinese travel agents, corporations, or MICE organizers is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Accor systems or similar hotel platforms is an advantage.
