Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with fluent Russian language skills to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate will combine professional sales expertise with excellent communication abilities and a deep understanding of the local market dynamics.

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in the Russian-speaking market
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and follow-up
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Utilize and track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate accurate sales forecasts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management
  • Represent the organization professionally at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

Qualifications

  • Fluent Russian language skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong English communication abilities
  • Proven sales techniques and consultative selling approach
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Relationship management and client retention expertise
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional sales experience 
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience working in a multicultural business environment
  • Familiarity with the UAE market and business practices
  • Additional language proficiency beyond Russian and English
  • Experience in the technology, real estate, or professional services sectors
  • Knowledge of digital sales tools and social selling techniques
  • Experience with account management and strategic client relationships
  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Understanding of sales methodologies and best practices
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE business landscape
