THE MISSION?

Eager to dive into the world of sales with Mama Shelter? 🌟✨
We’re on the lookout for a Sales Executive who’s ready to bring their expertise and enthusiasm, and support our Sales Manager in making magic happen. If you’re organized, proactive, and love connecting with people, this role is for you!

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • You’ll handle all incoming RFPs (Requests for Proposals) with precision and flair ✨📩, ensuring every detail is covered before preparing and sending out offers. Follow up on these offers promptly, negotiate rates 💬💸, and make any necessary adjustments to secure the business.
  • Generating new accounts and maintaining existing ones will be part of your daily routine 📈💼. You’ll maximize opportunities by suggesting additional events and activities 🎉🎤 to complement our MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) bookings.
  • Keeping our Sales & Catering PMS updated is crucial 🗂️📊. You’ll input all bookings, including waitlisted and inquiry bookings, and ensure every detail is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Building strong relationships with clients is key 🤝💖. You'll keep in touch with local journalists, community leaders, and VIPs 🌟, and maintain an excellent rapport with them throughout their stay.
  • You’ll also organize and conduct site inspections of our conference and banqueting facilities 🏢, ensuring that our venue always looks its best. You’ll handle all inquiries with a swift and efficient approach ⚡️🔍, making sure no request goes unanswered.
  • Internal communication is essential 📞🔗. You'll stay connected with the Sales Team and other departments, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed about bookings and sales activities.
  • Your role also involves attending departmental meetings 🗓️💼, major events 🎉, and ensuring that you’re always representing Mama Shelter with a positive and professional attitude 😊. Flexibility and a proactive mindset will be key as you adapt to the needs of the business.
