Located in the heart of the CBD, this role comes with the opportunity to curate special events like Mardi Gras celebrations, City2Surf activations and play host to NRL and AFL sport teams.


Job Description

  • Part Time role - 3 days per week
  • Assist the Sales team with system data entry and tracking 
  • Assist the team with weekly, monthly and adhoc reporting and presentations as required
  • Sales administration support including but not limited to processing supplier invoices, arranging travel and trade show participation
  • May be required to assist in the planning of sales calls for the Sales team 
  • Coordinate a recording system for all incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Assist in maintaining files for the Sales team
  • When possible, depending on workload, assist the team in the production of outgoing communication material
  • To assist with research and competitive analysis when required
  • Assist in the distribution of materials when required to clients and external parties

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills. 
  • Ability to adapt and persevere under pressure. 
  • Enthusiasm and infectious energy to contribute towards a positive working environment. 
  • A desire to grow your skills and make the most of being mentored by supportive Sales leaders.
