We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our leisure industry team in Istanbul, Türkiye. As a Sales Executive in the leisure sector, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our diverse portfolio of leisure products and services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the leisure industry
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted sales campaigns
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights
- Proven track record of 2-3 years in leisure industry sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Programs
- Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities
- In-depth knowledge of leisure industry trends, products, and services
- Understanding of the travel and tourism market, particularly in Turkey and surrounding regions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Turkish or other languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
